Return Procedures
Simply follow the steps listed below to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
1. Fill out the “Contact Us” Form, In the subject field type “RMA”, in the Questions/Comments field, type in the Model, Serial number and description, of the product you wish to return. You will receive an E-mail containing a Return Authorization number within 24 hours. "Ship" the merchandise, all shipping materials and your "original" packing receipt.
2. Please clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the box when shipping it back to Video Systems & Security Inc. to ensure proper and prompt processing.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Video Systems & Security Inc. is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We do not accept COD returns.
Please Note: Any items returned to us without a return authorization number cannot be processed.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days of the original purchase date, or has failed to meet the above requirements.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and "return shipping" is at the purchaser's expense. ("return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Video Systems & Security Inc.)
Each returned or exchanged item will incur an additional re-stocking fee of 15%.
Order add-ons will be charged the standard shipping and handling fees.
